I have always wanted to draw

I have always wanted to draw birds. This book could be the impetus to get me going.

I have loved birds for a long

I have loved birds for a long time. As the only non artist in a family of artist I would love to learn to draw my favorite passion.

We are a family of bird

We are a family of bird lovers. Making sure our bird bath, bird feeders are full all year round to care for them and keep a watchful eye God's beautiful creatures. Would love to have this wonderful art book for my family who love to draw and would appreciate having a reference at home. My oldest to my youngest would make great use of the art book.

What a treat it would be to

What a treat it would be to win this book. My mom loves to draw birds. I'll share this with her when I win it! Esther Castillo

For 25 years I spent time

For 25 years I spent time keeping the grass cut in my backyard then planting flowers and ornamental shrubs -- while working towards the goal of a Monet Garden in which I could sketch and paint. One day I was overcome with sadness at the loss of habitat for all the other creatures and my selfishness it using the little land I had for pure aesthetics. Since then over the last 5 years -- I have worked every day to make my backyard a "Wild Place" and a haven for wildlife -- Oddly, by doing so, my Wild Place reminds me even more of Monet's Garden.I have many birds now -- and I would love as much to include them in my Art as in the Garden we share.

This looks like an excellent book. I'm a big admirer of bird artists like David Sibley, and would love to have this book's guidance in trying my own hand and observations

This book would be perfect

This book would be perfect for a classroom. Not only would students be focusing and paying attention to detail but they'd become artists. Most of all it would expose them to the joys of birding at a young age.
