Chapter Media Submissions

If you would like to provide your Chapter's media to the Chapter Services Office, please complete the Content License attached below and follow the instructions in the last paragraph.

Note regarding best practices:

If any of your Chapter's media contains an identifiable person and you plan to use the media in connection with a Chapter solicitation or advertisement, you should obtain a signed release from that person and retain it for your records. This is especially important in regards to children, as parents are often sensitive about images of their children appearing in public. Please note a child's parent or guardian must sign the child's release form (applicable to persons 17 years old and younger). As a courtesy, Audubon has provided sample Adult Image Release  and Child Image Release forms; however this is for informational purposes only and not for the purpose of providing legal advice. (For specific legal advice, you should contact your attorney.) Audubon assumes that you have obtained a release from any identifiable persons (or from the guardians of any identifiable children) in any media submitted to the Chapter Services Office or any other Audubon program.
