Audubon’s Aviary book

I wan't this great book.

Audubon's Aviary

The first book of bird pictures that I got was a 1933 edition of Traveling With The Birds, illustrations by Walter A Weber. The illustrations are beautiful but don't even come close to Audubon's paintings. My late husband believed that the Eagle was his spirit guide and he taught me to appreciate the beauty of all birds. Owning this book would be a link to my late husband.

The Egret pictured on the cover is my favorite bird. I believe they watch over me. My husband and I are longtime birders. Would love to add this wonderous book to our small library. Thank you for this opportunity.

Gorgeous looking Book - in my library! WOW!

I have seen many of Audubon's bird prints but only high quality ones or originals in museums. AND there is a world of difference. Can't wait to see this version and maybe even win it!

Thanks for the possibility!

The first book in our avian

The first book in our avian library was The Birds of America by John James Audubon, published by THE MACMILLAN COMPANY 1965. Inspiring, it led to nearly 40 years of wild bird rescue and rehabilitation. To be fortunate enough to win Audubon's Aviary could only increase our love of birds.
